• 2020  Established Overseas subsidiary in United Kingdom as Britek Industries Limited
• 2021 Incorporated in United States as Gero Tech Limited Company. 

Our company's Head office is located right in between the golden financial triangle of Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo. Our Head office is located in Ningbo, China which is 67 km east from Ningbo Sea Port, 140 km west from Hangzhou and lies cross the sea 182 km from Shanghai Sea Port on the north.
